珸瑶瑁（ごようまい）
地名の由来
アイヌ語の「コイ・オマ・イ」（波があるもの）に由来。
場所
北海道根室市にある地名。
かつては北海道花咲郡にある村だったが、1968年になくなり現在では町名に名を残している。
根室半島の納沙布岬とロシアが実効支配している歯舞群島との間には珸瑶瑁水道があり、事実上の国境となっている。
